Rob Poleki
Before embarking on his journey as an inventor and entrepreneur, Rob forged a distinguished path in government, culminating in his role as an elected official in the state of Idaho. In 2015, a pivotal moment occurred when Rob took his son to a public restroom at Salt Lake City International Airport, encountering an unsanitary toilet seat. This encounter sparked the ingenious idea for a solution. Fast forward to 2018, Rob's vision materialized into his first Utility patent, granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

His tenacity led him to seize an opportunity on 'Shark Tank,' where he navigated the casting process with determination, even though he narrowly missed securing a deal. Undeterred, Rob embraced risk, leaving his government career, utilizing his retirement savings, and founding Washie. This pioneering company introduced the world's first smart toilet seat for public restrooms, revolutionizing hygiene.

Over time, Washie garnered a dedicated following, with fans clamoring for a home version. Responding to this demand, Rob launched Washie HOME, an offshoot brand designed to provide the same transformative experience in personal spaces. Today, as a passionate entrepreneur, Rob continues to innovate, develop new products, and relishes the dynamic journey he's embarked upon.

Rob's story is a testament to turning challenges into opportunities, embracing change, and leaving a lasting impact on the realm of hygiene and convenience.
